Why should I use an insurance broker?
We work on your behalf to ensure the best outcomes. Our goal is to obtain comprehensive cover at a competitive price. We will be your main point of call for all quotes, policy changes, claims and questions.
Which insurance companies do you work with?
We work with a wide range of leading Australian and international insurers, which we will offer dependent on your needs and circumstances.
I already have insurance through another broker, can I move my policies over to Flinders Insurance Solutions?

To be appointed as your broker, we require a signed Letter of Appointment which we can provide after our initial discussions. We will need to know your business names, policy numbers and have copies of your schedules.

Once the Letter of Appointment has been received, we will send this to the necessary insurance companies. You will not be required to contact your existing broker, the insurers will do this on your behalf.

How do I know what cover I need?
We will discuss your business with you at length and provide tailored advice to match your exposures and budget.
What type of insurances can you assist with?
We assist with most general insurance needs including business, property, public liability, commercial motor, home, professional indemnity, management liability, trades insurance and more.
Can I pay monthly?
Some insurances companies will allow monthly instalments directly, which will not incur any additional costs. If this is not an option or if you have multiple policies that require payment, we can offer Premium Funding.
What is premium funding & how does it work?
Premium funding allows you to spread the cost of your insurance over monthly payments through an approved finance provider. This method does incur interest but is advantageous for cash flow.
If I have a claim or incident, who do I contact?

Simply notify us of the incident online, send us an email or give us a call. We will obtain the necessary information and notify the necessary parties.

If urgent action is required, we will help co-ordinate services to mitigate the loss.
